I love crock pot recipes.Does anyone have anymore to share? With my busy schedule it seems like crockpot and cassarole meals are all my family eats.My fiance' is even looking in to buying one of those roasters things that you can cook three different things at once to out.

Crock Chops & Potatoes

6 pork chops
2 14.5 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans milk
4 potatoes, quartered
1 pound carrots, whole
1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Brown pork chops over medium heat in a skillet, set aside. Combine soup and milk in skillet; simmer while preparing vegetables. Grab the slow cooker, layer in ingredients as follows: onion, carrots, potatoes and pork chops. Pour soup mixture over all. Sprinkle with pepper and basil Cover, cook on low 4-6 hours. NOTE: You can do this without precooking the ingredients if you double the cooking time. Makes 6 servings.

Crock-pot Candy

32 oz. dry roasted unsalted peanuts (use cheapest brand you can find, I use Meijer's)

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

6 oz. German’s chocolate

32 oz. white almond bark

Put peanuts in the bottom of crock-pot.

Add all other ingredients.

Cook for one hour and 50 minutes on low.

Mix well.

Spoon onto wax paper.

Will set quickly.

Cool and enjoy.

-Do NOT cook over 2 hours. (It will give the chocolate a burnt taste)

-I leave out the German’s chocolate. All it does is make the chocolate darker. So I save some calories without affecting the taste.

-I have also used cashews in place of the peanuts. We think it’s even better!

-Makes a lot of candy. Can be frozen.

In crockpot, combine caramels and water. Cover and cook on high for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently. Wash and dry apples. Insert stick into stem end of each apple. Turn control on low. Dip apple into hot caramel and turn to coat entire surface. Holding apple above pot, scrape off excess caramel from bottom apple. Place on greased wax paper to . Once the carmel has set you may wish to roll the apples in the toppings of your choice.
