Crockpot Sesame Chicken

3 lbs. skinless en thighs
l/2 c. soy sauce
l/3 c. packed brown sugar
l/4 tsp. garlic powder
l/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Place en thighs in slow cooker.

Whisk together remaining ingredients and then pour over en
making sure to get sauce on every piece.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4.

If you make this with boneless en breasts cooking time may need to be adjusted.
