l can whole kernel corn, drained
l can black beans, drained and rinsed
l l6 oz jar salsa
6 boneless en breasts halves
Dump corn, beans, and l/2 c. salsa into the bottom of the crockpot.
Top with en and then pour the rest of the salsa over en.
Cook on low for 7 - 8 hrs. (3 - 4 on high) or until juices run clear.
