Star Print Thank You Notes (kid craft)
Materials:
Apple
A
lic craft paint in desired color (the kind that comes in tubes is thicker and works better for this project). Note: while it is wet, most a
lic paints can be washed away with water or rubbing alcohol--once it is dry, it is virtually impossible to remove from fabrics.
Printer paper
Clean Styrofoam meat tray or Styrofoam plate
Small rolling pin
Directions:
Fold the printer paper into fourths to make a card.
Have a grown up cut the apple crosswise to reveal the star.
Squeeze a small amount of paint onto the Styrofoam tray and spread with the rolling pin.
Dip the cut side of the apple into the paint and stamp it on the front of the card.
Write a
note inside the card to someone who
ed you learn something, then give it to him or her.
