Yes they hang from a chandelier. Now what the heck do they call them? If I wasnt' trying to think of it I would be able to tell you. I know what you mean and what they are called but can't recall offhand right now. Maybe if you check sites for chandeliers you will find what you are looking for. Just a thought.

Also looking for s to do with wooden window shutters. Their not real wide, but someone once told me to s paint them and put christmas cards in the slots at christmas, but would still like to have more s. Also working on some cd's with beads and lace, to make coasters and windchimes out of.
