Copycat recipes is a terrific site if you love a particular restaurant's food and want to try to duplicate it at home! Joey absolutely d Olive Garden, especially the Italian dressing used on their salad (he had the amazing capacity to consume 3 to 4 HUGE bowls of it all by himself - I imagine the local Olive Garden's salad usage has dropped considerably since he died!)
Anyway a few years ago I did some major searching to attempt to find their recipe and happened upon the copycat site...found the recipe and was Joey ever d :D If you check out the new momsdiner site you can download a bunch of copycat recipes from there right to your computer...bunches of 'em
