9 white clover flowers
9 red clover flowers
2 wild pink roses
2 lbs. sugar
1 pinch alum
1 cup water
1. Bring all ingredients except alum to a boil and stir slowly.
2. Stir 60 times (no more, no less). Add alum.
3. Strain mixture through cheesecloth into clean sterilized 6 oz containers
