What was the most intricate or

involved meal you've ever cooked? Was it worth the effort?

I've never really been intimidated by any meal I've prepared. The more challenging the better. I do get nervous and wait for someone to respond after serving though.

But like Ash, I do have a professional background and I know that even the worst disaster can, most of the time, be salvaged.

My most ambitious was to make all the food (appetizer fare) and desserts for my own wedding.

I made fajitas and chili for over 40 people. It was extremely involved multiplying my usual serving size of 5 to 6 to over 40. It was m***ive work to me. Was it worth it? The jury's still out in my book but to the eaters...they loved it.

I made an entire Thanksgiving Meal with all the bells and whistles and home made pies with home made pie crust for 20 people!!! What's the big deal you ask????

I was 12. I wanted a traditional Thanksgiving as my parents are both from other countries and I am first generation born here I had never until then had the Traditional dinner...Mom said if I wanted that I would have to do it myself. So I did.

I have made many 'unusual' meals through out my life but that was at that time in my life was quite the challenge with no .
