2 salmon steaks (1/3 to 1/2 lb each)
French Dressing
1 tbsp melted butter or oil
salt and pepper
juice of one lemon
fresh parsley, chopped
Brush salmon with French Dressing. Let stand one hour in refrigerator. Brush with butter. Put under broiler. Broil 12 - 15 minutes. Cook on both sides. Place on heated platter. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
