I'm starting early in planning dinner with my family for Easter. My entree will be stuff cornish hens. Do anyone have an excellent but not complicated recipe.
real easy recipe is to stuff them with reg stove top type stuffing and make a apricot jam or apricot/pineapple jam, glaze by using a small jar of the jam, a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Simmer it in a small pot until melted and brush generously on the hens. bake in a 325 oven for 40-45 min and keep reapplying the glaze every 15 min. They are sweet and tasty!
