I just discovered the best kitchen tool - parchment paper! You can line your baking sheets with it and s and other baked goods slide right off - you can even reuse it!
I also use it when I need to bread en, fish, or other meats. Just roll out a sheet on the counter, put the breadcrumbs right on the sheet and when you're done, you just throw it away with any excess. No mess, no extra to wash...
