Question Question about Pumpkin Cake Rolls

I want to try and make Libby's Pumpkin Cake Roll with cream cheese filling. Here is my question: the recipe calls for me to use a prepared towel???? So, I use like a tea towel? Would like to hear from anyone who has made this before. Thank you!

Yes, I use a clean tea towel. Some people use a damp towel, but if you don't overbake the cake you won't need one.
