On school days, just take out the amount you need, microwave for 45 seconds, pour come syrup into a short glass or cup, and you have warm pancake dippers!
This works well with french toast, too. I'd always make huge batches of either pancakes and french toast just so I could freeze some and the boys could just pull some slices out of the freezer and either pop 'em in the toaster oven or nuke 'em.
