Save those plastic bags that come from the grocery store. Then when you want to chop lettuce or something on your cutting board. Place one of the bags onto your cutting board. When finished cutting, throw bag away and you will still be left with a clean cutting board. Much cheaper than those
throw-away ones you buy.
