1 package (18.25 ounces) Spice cake mix
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix,
1 egg, and melted butter; stir until mixture is well blended (mixture will be dry). Press into bottoms of two 8x5x1 inch pans.
In another large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, 2 eggs and salt; beat until mixture is smooth.
Pour over crust. Sprinkle pecans over filling. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set.
