Double chocolate chip cookies
I took an average chocolate chip cook ie recipe and twisted it. It turned out wonderful, here it is:
1 cup butter, softenened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 package (3.5 ounce) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cream butters and sugars until smooth. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
