Easy Easy Cookies

I just got done baking Cake Mix s for the first time and they are so yummy! Quick and Easy as well!!!!!!!!!! A Huge Hit with my family!

1 package of cake mix (any flavor)
2 large eggs
1/2 oil
chocolate chips (or raisins, nuts, really whatever)

Mix all together. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes.

I made yellow cake mix with chocolate chips but I am going to try spice cake with raisins next time. Doesn't that sound good!

I love this recipe. I baked s from a similar recipe in home ec, in like 7th grade. My grandma still bakes them all the time. She will use a chocolaet cake mix, then dust powdered sugar on them. Yum!

At Christmas time, she will use a yellow mix and put red and green sprinkles on them.

I haven't made them in a while, I'll have to try them soon.

Just spotted this on the forum board and thanks for the reminder of this recipe. Kids have been bugging me to make s but since Mom is dieting I haven't wanted the temptation. But I think I can stay in the kitchen long enough to mix these up. I'll just have to have the kids put on sheets & take out of the oven!
