For Those Of You Who Use Internet Explorer

If you use Internet Explorer for your browser make sure you are up to date with the upgrades and such.
This browser still has many faults.
The key to keeping your computer safe, bug free, virus free, trojan, free...all of that...is to make sure your Anti virus software is up to date. Download free ware like spybot, ad-aware, zone alarm, spywareblaster.
Run these at least once a week. Also run maintainance on your computer such as scan/check disk and defrag and disk cleanup.
Keep windows up to date as well.
If you need any whatsoever, let me know. I can or at least point you in the right direction.

Stay smart and be aware of what's going on with your life line to momzone...

Hi sweeties < smile > if your using internet explorer browser up on the top of webpage it'll show the big blue "e" . Personally I'm using & leaning more & more towards/with Mozilla Firefox browser which is free and crashes alot less than internet explorer does + it doesn't have the problems explorer does with hackers trying to crash Mr. Bill Gates explorer. Mozilla Firefox is getting rave reviews all over the web.
Myself I like it alot it has web browser tabs on top which makes surfing alot nicer. You just just click on tab on top & can go back and forth w/out reloading each page again like you have to in explorer. O.k enough already

. Now that is nothing new, right??? That's ok, I figure the more questions I ask the more I learn. My DD's newest boyfriend is a computer genius so I plan to pick his brain alot more once I get him "broke in" around here!!

. He is a nice boy and soooo smart but he doesn't show off or act like he's better. He is so calm and relaxed and patient. (I was picking his brain a little bit yesterday)!! Hugs to you my friend and be prepared, I will probably ask alot more questions.

Thanks for the there evlevo!! I haven't used the tabs. I should probably try them though.
There is an update for mozilla, but I haven't downloaded it because when I read thru it I was confused. It read to me that I would have to download and save all my bookmarks and stuff. It sounded complicated, so I didn't. I really want to though since it takes care of some of the basic loading and such problems and enhances other areas.
Oh well...some day I will do it.
