Hi! I am a graduate student who is very interested in the issues that moms face in the workforce and what kinds of things affect moms’ decisions to either stay in or leave their jobs. I am currently working on a research project that addresses this question. A friend of mine is a working mom with 4 children, and she suggested that this site might be a good place to get opinions from other moms.
At the bottom of this post is a link to my survey, which should only take about 10 minutes to fill out. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take the time to fill out the survey. Any mom who has one or more children under the age of 12 can participate. Also,
forward the link to any other moms who you think might like to participate in this important research. Once all the results are in, I’m happy to share them with the site. I’m sure I can learn a lot from your experiences!
