I am planning my oldest child's birthday. It will be the first weekend in June. Any of my momzoner's interested in coming...........YOU ARE INVITED!!!! I know lots of you live so far away, but if anyone is vacationing in/near Virginia, let me know!!!
Anyway! We are doing the main colors as black and pink with splashes of lime green. My daughter has agreed to wear a dress, it will be a cute, y pink and black combo (will attach pic when we find it) BUT she wants brand new Converse pink & green high-tops to wear with it. Who am I to ??? She actually agreed to wear a dress!!! I am so excited!!!
We have a HUGE backyard (for the city) so we are having a BBQ and a live band and I am putting down a wooden floor for the occasion! It is so exciting! I hope Mother Nature cooperates!
If anyone has any s, throw them my way!!! And come! we could have a mini-momzone convention!!!

Crystal how nice let see if I hit the lotto this weekend and I will have money to go to your daughter's party I am not that far away. You never know. Well about s I really don't know our sweet 16 or 15 are very formal. We take the birthday girl to a church service to bless her for the road ahead into adulthood. The the festivities, we decorate everything with her colors. Party favors are given. Go to the dollar store they have a lot of nice things that you can dress up to look like favors. I like the fact that she is an individual the high tops. l did the same for my 16th birthday my mom was mad. If I was to wear a puffy dress I was going to have something of my own.

Lulu, I wouldn't have to "sneak" out, hubby would say go. He is very easy going like that. You never know, I could hit a lottery between now and then and be able to make it. I would love to meet you and Luz too. It would be super great.
