Thank each and everyone of you for everything!!!! I went into the hospital on the 6th of November though the ER then intensive care and somewhere I missed a room too many drugs they were giving me and then the Infectious desease unit to the burn unit I spent the most time there and then finaly a regular semi-private room before being transfered to a Transitional Skills Facility. When I was admitted I had acid in my blood kenoacidosis (not sure of the spelling but not normaly seem in a type 2 diabetic) I had a operation or debrisment on the 13th they took three layers of skin from both legs to get the infection. I have been told I am lucky I am alive and that I didnt lose either of my legs because somehow I ended up with a staph and strep infection in both legs. I was discharged on the 5th of Dec. Yep one whole month in the hospital. I have been under drs orders to lay on my side because of bed sores that were not healing, hard to be online when you are looking at the screen sideways. but today I was told I have a nice new skin started so that I can be upright more often. I am not allowed to

because I still have an open wound on my lower right leg about 9x7 right now so they tell me that it has to heal first. I am going stir

with cabin fever I only get out for drs apts otherwise I have to stay home or that stops my home care nurses. Yes I was emailing when I couldnt take the withdrawl anymore I

all very much.
Luz I am glad you are feeling better!!
