My DH and DD cooked me breakfast this . We had French Toast, sausage patties, and strawberries with whipped cream along with orange juice. The best part is that they cooked together with no ing. My DH taught my DD about cooking sausage patties which is not something that we have had in many years. It was wonderful to listen to them working together this as they both ed each other make breakfast for all of us.
I am not certain what dinner will be tonight. I am not even sure who will be doing the cooking.
sounds like a lovely breakfast Lady.
I am going to a BBQ. aound 1:00. Amy's boyfirends house.
His nephews are cooking burgers and hot dogs.. We are having Baked beans, and not sure what else. Probably potatoe salad.
I know his Mom bakes delicous desserts so am sure she will be baking one..
That does sound great. I hope you have a great time at the BBQ. Don't forget to fill me in later on what you have for yummy dessert!
I am not sure what we will be having for dinner. I just left my mom's house and had a bowl of veggie soup. It was pretty yummy.

I am thinking about having a hot dog off the grill. I did not eat one yesterday. We have some potatoe salad and Mac salad. so that is what is goig to be lunch.

I made meatball subs tonight and my DD made a salad to stretch the meal a bit as we had a family friend over to dinner as well.
Tomorrow is the DH's birthday and I am going to make breaded pork chops, mashed potatoes, and some other veggie along with some rolls. I will be buying him some of Baksin-Robbins Peppermint Patty Ice Cream on the way home from work tomorrow, so that he can have it for dessert. It should be a fun supper for our family.
Okay Lulu we will be there Party time.....!!!

The breaded pork chops came out perfect! I added a bag of Green Giant brand Carrots, Broccoli, and Cauliflower in cheese sauce (I had a coupon - it wasn't bad) as the other side dish. The potatoes didn't come out well at all. I am not sure why, they were dry and had a funny taste to them - even before I added the butter, sour cream and milk. But, by the time I discovered that it was too late to come up with a substitution for them.
I did get to Baskin Robbins and picked him up a half gallon of their Peppermint Patty Ice Cream. He enjoyed it in the new ice cream bowl that our DD got him for his birthday. He said the ice cream was good.
I won't cook tomorrow night as I will be going off to tea and leaving the DH and DD to fend for themselves. DH will probably finish off the remainder of the pork chops
I am probably going to have to start cooking again for the summer because the cafeteria at the college closes for the summer next week, and the DH still needs to eat lunch. I will also make sure that there is stuff to make sandwiches in the house as an option for him, too.
Wish me luck as I am going to be going back on the Atkins Diet next week. It is time to lose some more weight on my way to better health.
