Amy was over painting today, so for Lunch she made some golash. We each had a bowl for lunch. That tasted so good I decided to have another bowl for supper. it was good . It had onion, and garlic and pepers, and Ground Chick, and tomatoes, and tomatoe juice. and some wheat curly noodles. I was surprized they were good.
they are suppose to be a lot less carbs.

We had soft tacos tonight - with chic-ken. They were quick and easy to make as we each assemble our own form the ingredients I put on the table.

The dh told me at dinner that he has to work late tomorrow night. Not sure it that is good news as dd and I can eat left overs, or bad news as we miss him when he isn't here.

Trie an Amy's Chicago burger last night (veggie). My son even ate some! It is mostly grain, nuts & mushrooms. Good! In the freezer of the Health food section, if you are looking.

Tonight is my ww meeting, so I will eat LATE tonight, after I get on the scale!

Trying a new recipe this weekend for Easy Spinach Lasagna, from Parenting magazine.

Tonight I am going over to Rob and Angie's house for supper. We are having, some fried Cod, they got from the store, and some fried Walleye, My brother caught at Lake Erie. in Ohio. We will have some homemade onion rings, and some tossed salad, we are putting lettuce, onion, carrrot, broccolli, cauliflower, dried cranberies, roasted slivered almonds, bacon bits, tomatoes, and dill pickles in the salad. I guess you call it everything but the kitchen sink. Plus we will have what ever dressing on our salad, she has an assortment. It will be real good.
