Last night was thursday , that is the night we most usually go to Hong Kong Buffet. We had a good meal, but when we got to the resturant, I accidently closed the car door on my Mom's hand. It turned black and blue immediately. she also got a little cut on her first knuckle, where the door shut. Being we always go there to eat. My Friend Bobby got granny, ( they all call her Granny) some ice in a bag.
she put it on her finger, while I got her dinner.
After we ate, we were getting ready to leave, My Mom was right behind me and next thing we knew she was on the floor. She the heck out of all our that work there plus, me and my brother. she said she just felt dizzy or something.
I know sometimes when you get hurt like that you feel faint, or funny, so not sure if it was that or what.
We waited about 1/2 hour and then we left. Our Friend Bobby ed us get her to the car.
I will have to check on her today.
I guess I am I going to have to watch now before closing the car door.I feel awful. she is 87, and reached in the door just as it was closing it. Have to watch her like we do the kids I guess.
Any way that was our supper last night,.
I am calling my Mom she said she is doing good today. she said she was . I told her no don't be , It just is one of them things. She said her finger feels ok, and she doesn't feel dizzy. I guess it was just from the injury. She goes to the Dr. Wed. so we are still going to mention it to the Dr. My Mom's boyfriend said she has done that once to him when they were out. Her boyfriend is 87 too.
I am not sure what I will eat tonight. I will find something.
I am not sure what I am having, My neice who is 11 is coming to spend the night, and also my Grand daughter who is almost 8. We go to taco bell or something.
For lunch today I ate at a new restaurant called Logan's Roadhouse. I had the most amazing baby back ribs and loaded baked potato soup ever. It was soooo yummy!
For tonight we had broccolli and cheese rice. It was good too.

I am ok with the girls spending the night, they are usually good. they love to do things on the computer, and play with Bratz Dolls, and They have a Brbie, Train, and Barbie Car, and Barbie Bus, so they stay busy, sometimes like to Argue, then the oldest one decided to go home. But they will be fun. Brittany asked me this if I liked being a Grandma, I said Well I like being your Grandma.
Enjoy the brocilli and cheese and rice. Sounds good.
Yesterday we had burgers on the George Forman grill, and Fri. night we tried a new Itallian Restaurant. It was pretty good, but Olive Garden is still my favorite, Sure wish there was one closer to where we live!!

Last night we ended going to our chinese buffet. It was good. My Mom did not go last night, she was out with her boyfriend. Not sure what I will do for supper tonight. Maybe pizza.
Last night, I let everyone fent for themselves. The dh and dd zapped themselves something. I had a bunch of grapes and a Philly Swirl Popcicle along with a small glass of diet coke.
I'm not sure what we are having tonight. Probably something with pasta as the main part. Either that or some sort of quiche.
WE went out last night w/ to REDBONES, a BBQ joint. Luckily for me they had a Grilled Portabello Mushroom (I don't eat meat. I will eat fish but it was too $$$!!!)
I got a side order of "Atomic Corn Relish" as I love hot food. It was DEADLY HOT!!!! Lved it so much, took the rest home! hot hot hot!

We ended up having rice cooked in en broth, with en and broccoli added to it. I burned some of the rice, so I added a little mozzarella cheese to it. It wasn't bad, but not one of my best efforts either.
The stitches are out of my finger now and I still need to keep it bandaged until the small flap that was over the knot heals in place for cleanliness reasons.
I will be working all day tomorrow, so we will prob have something quick and easy to prepare.
The atomic relish was and is a mystery to me! , Lulu!
Corn, onion, green peppers, and so spicy! I think it has habanero peppers. I swear it will take me a month to finish it, and it was only like a small portion! (1 cup maybe?)
Tonight I am thinking breakfast for dinner. Duncan likes that
