My son eats earlier than me, he had en rice soup & crackers with yogurt & milk

I had a Lipton side dish pasta (as an entree!) and then 2 bowls of Mini Wheats!

I was tired & disorganized last night can you tell?

Taco Bake as requested by the BRIDE to Be, LULU!!!!!
(Kraft)
1 pkg Kraft Deluxe mac & Cheese Dinner
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
3/4 c sour cream
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
1 cup salsa

Prepare dinner as directed on box.eanwhile, brown meat in skillet:drain.
Add taco seasoning mix and 3/4 c water to meat, simmer 5 mins.
Stir sour cream into prepared pasta. Spoon half of pasta mixture into 2 QT baking dish;top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup of cheddar and reamining pasta mixture. Cover
Bake at 400 for 15 mins. Top with salsa and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 5 mins more.
serves 6

Tonight we are having pork steaks that have been marinating since yesterday, hopefully on the grill, if it's as nice today as yesterday was. Mashed potatoes, and sauerkraut (with bacon and brown suger)

Bruinsmama, Where do you get all your new recipies to try? They all sound great.
