Mine are getting left over homemade spaghetti and meatballs tonight......and fresh garlic bread of course...........maybe a salad on the side.
Tomorrow steaks and potatoes with a salad. Might bake a cake too......don't know till I get home from work....depends on how tired I am....LOL

lulu, I never knew that about letting the milk come to room temp....I dont use flour what I use is cornstarch.....I believe it gives the gravey a smoother texture......also it doesnt give it any taste, just thickens, sometimes flour can make gravey loose its taste.
Today for supper we are having, grilled en breast sand. on a hardroll.............and I made tuna cassorole.
hmmm I don't know yet what we are having. I'll decide after my husband calls this and lets me know if he'll make it home tonight or not.
Marilyn....we didn't have the rocky mountain oysters that night..... whew...... something came up, woohoooooo so they are in the freezer for now. I'll let you know way in advance next time so you don't make any other plans!!!

Fridays I usually work from noon till 8pm, but guess it is slow, so we dont have to go in till 2pm........woohooo.........but anways I packed a peice of en breast , and a huge salad in my lunch, and that is probley what I will eat all day, for my husband I packed leftovers..too.........en breast sandwich on a hardroll and left over tuna salad, and some yummy brownies that Ali made!
Hubby had st paddys day off and thrusday and friday half aday so we have gone out for lunch the last few days but I think were take the girls for a ride and get them something at burger king or mcD!
