My dh gets last nights leftovers. The reactions to the new recipe were mixed at this house so I will probably post the recipe to the site sometime later this week.
The dd and I are going to be at the local Mall watching Polar Express from 4:30 - 6 so, we will probably be catching some fast food on the way home - or trying a non-chain restaurant so I can write a review this week. I am once again behind on my reviews so I need to eat out 2x this week and write up articles about the places.
People think that this job would be wonderful - getting to eat out a lot. That isn't too bad because we have a lot of good restaurants in the area, but because I have to keep the reviews balanced for location and type of eatery, it is a challenge to get the time to go have a meal, take notes (without being seen) and then write up review(s) along with running my own company and home schooling my dd. There are just not enought hours in the week sometimes to get everywhere to do everything.
My dd came up with the of a salad for supper. It had been awhile since we had had that so we went to the kitchen and whipped one up together. It was delicious.
I had to work late tonight at my SIL's house, so she splurged and bought us pizza for dinner. It was a nice treat but it sure blew my diet all to pieces!!!

I fed the kids Hot Pockets for dinner. I had a glass of Kool-Aid! No time! I had another busy evening at work and I spent the rest of tonight putting together the wedding photo album for my SIL and brother. They have a big fancy schmancy party in honor of their wedding to attend and needed the photo album to show off. YIKES....I hope she is happy with the way I did it!! Tomorrow I promise to do better than Kool-Aid for dinner!!

Last night we went all out and had a home baked ham, homemade mac and cheese and corn with a peanut butter pie for dessert.
Tonight the kids had sketti. I am just not hungry!!

Freakshow tonight. I have Weight watcher meeting which is supposed to be Thursday but since that is Thanksgiving of course it is cancelled. I am eating a piece of fruit until after they weigh me!
My son is having leftovers.
My father in Law will be here...he can fix himself a sandwich. DH made him a deli platter. I aint doing it as I am a VEGETARIAN and he is a grown Up so he can do it HISSELF!
