I am awaiting word from my husband that my dtr and I can meet him at the college tonight for supper. All you can eat for $4 a person is hard to beat! The fencing club meets tonight and my dtr wants to learn how to fence because her father is learning this semester, too. And the club offers that outlet for her.
A dear friend is in my kitchen right now preparing a beef vegetable soup for us for dinner. It will be perfect for dinner tonight as the weather has ed down considerably today.
We are hainvg some sort of en dish, haven't really decided what I'm making yet except that the meat will be en. We have nothing scheduled for tonight so I am free to start dinner a little later than usual. I guess it is time to go diving into my cookbooks for s again.
It looks like it will be Virginia Ham, sliced for sandwiches and some of that yummy Irish Swiss cheese. I was going to cook sketti but since my son has football practice, we are going to delay that . But I am going to read my Taste of Home magazine ( swtlissa!) and who knows what I will do tomorrow!!!
