It was are Shires pot luck meeting this week so I made chili and we had en with noodles, noodles with tuna, yellow split pea soup, a medivil dish that had en wraped in a breading shell with bacon tyme (was really good) and peach pie, s and choclate cake. boy are we all full. Was great to go to a meeting and see everyone.
Tonight we are having pasta with Italian sausage and a side salad. My dtr has chess club and my husband will be attending an archery club meeting. So, we needed a dinner that was quick and easy to make and clean up after.
Tonight I am not sure what we are going to do, either en or sandwiches I guess I will see what everyone else wants. All I know is I cant wait to go to store tonight as I am out of tea whats a tea lover to do.....

If you love tea check out the Stash Tea website - www.stashtea.com - they have lots of different types and flavors of tea at really good prices! They have all sorts of specials, too. I reccomend getting a Brazilian Coffee press and using it for tea. I got one from my brother for this purpose and I have never had a better cup of tea - and the leaves all stayed in the pot!
We had Takeout all weekend.
Tonite Duncan had en, I had tofu, and we both had wild rice, broccoli with cheese sauce & homemade apple crisp ( I only had a teeny tiny bit as I am trying to lose weight).

As it is Tuesday, my dtr and I are on our own for dinner. We ate a big lunch together at CiCi's Pizza this afternoon. I'm not sure what we will have tonight. Maybe we will fix a big salad and split that. Probably she will heat up something from a can and I will have a hot pocket.
I am seriously thinking about take-out tonight. It is almost 5 pm now and I haven't even started what I originally had planned. (Only problem is the budget won't allow for it this week. I guess it is time for another quick and easy casserole of whatever I can find that will cook quickly.
