HMMM....dinner tonight is a little depressing. My DH has to go to a company dinner at some swanky hotel down at the oceanfront. I was going to go but our babysitter bombed out on us. Anyone wanna come babysit? Can you be here by 6:30?

I guess I will take the kids and do something! AFTERALL, if daddy is getting swanky goods, we should too!!!

If I was there, I would happily babysit your kids! Unfortunately, I am still here in Waynesboro tonight.
My daughter just left for a birhtday party at CiCi's pizza in Staunton. We are having a college student to supper tonight so I fixed a dish that my daughter named Pasta La Vista!
Bow Tie Pasta, cooked Chicken, california blend w/peas and corn added all mixed together with alfredo sauce addind extra parmesean/romano and milk to taste. It is quick and easy to make and yet is a great dish for company because it looks pretty, too.

Tonight we had overstuffed baked potatoes with cheese, sourcream, butter and bacon bits! Of course, I behaved while having it! NOT. I splurged and enjoyed it very much!!!

Lulu that's what we had tonight too. It was my Meghan's . I can't believe we had never had them at home before it was soooo easy. We had chopped ham, broccoli, and cheddar cheese on ours.

Ellie, I wanna have dinner at your house!!! Sounds yummy.

We had boiled en, rice & orzo mix plus green beans. It was actually pretty good. Kids were a little ticked at the en being boiled but they got on board fast because they know when I finish losing all my weight their dad has to QUIT SMOKING!!! YEAH!

We had baked garlic-mushroom en strips, corn, green beans and rice. It was actually quite yummy. Best part? I got to cook at my brother's house so it was not MY kitchen that got dirty!!! Worst part? I did not get home until 7:05 pm. My brother's "schedule" s me nuts!!!
