It was Indian Cuisine! I wonderful place in Charlottesville called Maharaja. The food was fantastic! I plan to go back some time for their lunch buffet. It is about an hour away, but worth the over and back.
And best of all, it is out of my jurisdiction to review so I could enjoy the meal for itself and not as a dining expereince to critique later.
That is you got to RELAX while you ate this time! It sounds good!

ok I am a few days behind on this thread. Monday we had fried en and mac and potato salads. Tuesday we had corned beef and cabbage and mashed potatos. Tonight we are having Veggie Beef Soup! the house smells so good right now its making me hungry

Last night I made a cheeseburger casserole and tonight my dtr and I are having it again as leftovers before going to the Fencing club where she is learning to be a judge since she is too young to be able to use the equipment, yet.
I am not sure what I am going to fix tonight. I have to see what is in the freezer. My guess is that it will probably be some kind of en. I need to do some serious grocery . It stinks.

Tracee, that is funny. Actually, I made the kids and the DH grilled cheese sandwiches. I left and went out for mommy time. I went to a great italian restaurant and had authentic italian food. I had Chicken Marsala and for dessert I had tiramisu. It was heavenly. Not to mention, the Italian men were cute!!!
