I am feeling better today thank God! I ended up cooking last night any way sketti for then and I made my self some bunkerhill beef with rice it didnt kill me so that was good.

Tonight we are eating out at old country buffet as we have to go shoe for school

Lulu..... I very rarely use recipes..... a little of this a little of that......

All I do is make a thick white sauce and add tuna and peas; kind of like chipped beef would be.
