Since I ended up taking my daughter to her swimming class last night my husband made us all Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches. He made a big mess in the kitchen, but I didn't have to cook! Tonight we will probably have some sort of pasta with a salad and toasted garlic bread. It will be quick and easy to fix and the clean up will be minimal, too.
I think I will stop on the way home and pick up some fried en, cole slaw and fried okra. As long as it is quick to prepare and there is no to wash I am fine with whatever.
My DH grilled pinwheel steaks stuffed with portabella mushrooms and feta cheese plus grilled boneless en breasts, plus we had corn on the cob and homemade mac and cheese. It was yummy. My DH can do a real mean grill job. It was yummy.

I'm trying a new slow cooker recipe for beef stroganoff. If it's good, I'll post it. I'll be serving it with egg noodles and a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
We had spaghetti. One pot had the usual hamburger and the other pot had italian sausage with basil. My DH is from Jersey and likes it with sausage. That was the first time I fixed it that way, being a southern girl. We also had salad. Everyone liked the spaghetti, even the bird! That parrot loves sketti. It's the first time he has been quiet all week! Maybe I should make him sketti more often.

It was breakfast for dinner night! We had pancakes! YUM. Plus it was quick and easy with minimal clean up.

Tonight we had ham, green beens, mashed potatos (from our garden). it was real good and best of all we have leftovers for tomarrow night!!!! and ham for breakfast!
