Tonight we had leftovers from yesterday I bought a bag of en wings in the supermarket. They were on special. I came home and cooked them in olive oil, sauce and Italian spices. Boiled some spaghetti drained and tossed it together let it simmer a couple of minutes and voila! I had spaghetti with en wings. Delish.
I made too much so we had left overs.

tonight my Brother made Lasgna. We had garlic bread, with cheese, and a en cob salad.. a ( my daughter ) I and My brother and Mom were there.. Boy was it good. Have not had lasgna in a long time..
I try not to go out to eat too much, considering high food costs.
Last night I made Baked Spaghetti, it was yummy! Decided to try it baked, since I usually just make spaghetti in the pan. Here's the recipe I used- http://tr.im/caorecipes
My brother is staying with me now.. He does the cooking..
tonight he made some venison round steak, with musroom, onions, and peppers. baked potaotes with sour cream, and back bits. a tossed salad with tomato, ham.
We also had garlic cheese bread...
Western Omelets are good Angela... I like them for supper some nights..
