I had an egg salad sandwich tonight. Not the greatest as I made it without onions so it would be "acceptable" for my daughter as well. Oh well! I could dream it was a juicy hamburger!

I like egg Salad Lulu, but I do like it with onions.. I would put it on my own...
For supper me and Brit ended up with a bowl of ramen noodles, and a bagel with cream cheese.
Not too great..

Well...tonight we tried one of those Banquet meals in a box, it was the Asian en stir fry....ugh...it was LOADED with sodium. The kids liked it, of course, but not me. When I can afford it, I am going to have to show them what a REAL stir fry tastes like. I miss my wok. I need to get another one!

I am talking to myself here people....

Anyway, we had Fiery Meatloaf, buttered noodles and baked beans. A weird combination, this is true but we are struggling with groceries so we eat what we have!! Oh well! It was good! And the kids liked it.

Haha lulu, you're not talking to yourself. I hear ya

Buttered noodles sound really good right now, or maybe I'm just hungry! What do you usually have for lunch? My lunches are only 30 mins, so I tend to eat something quick. Has anyone tried Deli Creations sandwiches? They only take a minute or less to heat up!

Hey! Thanks for listening! Lunch...hmmm...what is that??? LOL Just kidding. I usually take whatever is leftover from the night before! My kids never eat leftovers UNLESS it is pizza or homemade mac & cheese! I do like those deli-creations sandwiches. Although, I must confess, my favorite lunch of all? It is when my co-worker decides to go out to lunch with his and gives me the lunch his wife had packed for him! DANG! I would marry that woman for her lunches alone!!! LOL

Her lunches are like deli creations on steriods! Her sandwiches...oh my, the other day it was roast beef...with REAL huge chunks of roast, not some deli sliced thin wanna be roast beef. It had ooey yummy gravy on it. Oh my...and then one day it was a rueben sandwich with REAL pastrami and homemade sauerkraut....just thinking about it makes me want another one! LOL

The deli creation you listed is my favorite too! I do like them and so does my son.

Sad to say, tonight was pyscho night so we had ramen noodles. LOL!

Oh my, when I read homemade chocolate pudding and fresh lemonade, I think I started to salivate! Haha, deli creations on steroids, you are too funny! Did you know that they have flatbreads too? They come in fiesta en quesadeilla and basil parmesan en. I haven't tried them yet, but they do sound good, I'm a big fan of en!

What did you have for dinner today/last night? P.s. the weekend is coming, any exciting plans?

Tonight, right before my first official weigh in on my new weight loss class, I completely SINNED....I had a Wendy's burger and fries! How naughty is that????

This weekend we have my company picnic where I plan to gorge on seafood, burgers and hotdogs and assorted things. YUM....what will you be doing?

Yummy!! I <3 Wendy's burgers and fries. Oh and their frosties are really good too. I like to dip their fries in them.

I might be going to a haunted house. I hate them! But my friend really wants to go. I guess I'll just have to close my eyes the entire time since I'm such a wuss :p
