I had an AWESOME provolone and bacon burger for lunch...it was naughty but it sure tasted good!

I just got home from the grocery store. They had salmon filets on sale so I took a deep breath and bought 4. We are going to have them for dinner...keep your fingers crossed that I don't ruin them! We are also having a salad of mixed greens, dried cranberries, pecans and shredded asiago cheese...plus some fresh squash sauteed in butter. YUM.

Yum Yum Lulu
I went over to my cousins today. spent the whole day, she has a disabled son, who got into a car accident, and has a brain stem engery, so he can not walk. Angela my oldest daughter takes care of him every Saturday. So I went with her.. For breakfast I had a bowl of mini wheats, and for lunch I had sausage gravy and biscuts, and for supper we had green beans, mac and cheese, and Little en Dummies... Real good..

I'm not 100% certain yet. I think my mother wants me to make a big pot of chili ... she just loves chili LOL ... when I do a huge pot of chili I usually take some of it and make enchiladas as the rest of us aren't thrilled with chili when the outside temp is over 40 degrees!!!! I'll probably make Queso Fundito (excuse spelling as that is a guess LOL). My hubby just loves his QF!!!!

It's so easy to make :-) QF = get some Mexican melting cheese, flour tortillas, chorizo (I get mild as we're not big on really "HOT" stuff) and some salsa. In a small casserole dish you pour some salsa -- amount is your choice. I use just enough to cover the bottom of the dish. Then you take your chorizo out of the sleeve and fry it up. Once it's done you add it to the salsa and stir. Shred your melting cheese and sprinkle a generous amount on top of the salsa/chorizo mixture. Broil just until cheese bubbles and is slight darker in color. Cut in small sections and place in center of tortilla and fold like you would a burrito. Enjoy.

LOL ... don't ya just love it???!!! My son is that way too, when he was little and my neighbor watched him he would eat hot ham and cheese sandwiches but at home he would refuse any sandwich with meat. To this day he refuses to eat sandwiches.

I'm not sure what's for dinner tonight ... I'll have to think about it and come back later.

My daughter made dinner last night. We had a caeser salad and ravioli that was stuffed with artichokes and olives. It was really yummy.

That dinner sounds wonderful, Audrey!

We had breakfast for dinner tonight! I made pancakes. It was quick and yummy. We go to church Sunday nights and get home around 7:30 so it had to be something quick! That was about all I could think of that everyone would eat!!
