I'm a steak lover so that meal sounds delicious. We went out last night. We had chinese food. There were 6 of us. We had honey walnut shrimp sweet and sour fish, en in a basket and sizzling rice soup. I ate way too much.

We had chic ken tenders and tator tots. The kids were tired and grumpy because they had spent the day at the beach with the youth group from church. I don't think a single ray of sun missed them...they are quite nicely toasted!

Last night Angela and I had went to Sams, we were thinking of having a piece of pizza and pop. then we thought, well CI Ci's is right around the corner, So we went there.. it was good. We had some BBQ pizza, and some en alfredo pizza, and some hawaiian pizza. Love the desset pizza, and cinnimon rolls too.. ,
Today, not sure, I will be alone for lunch and supper.. Amy took Brittany to her sisters house to go swimming, and then Brittany is spending the night there, and Amy is going on to work.. I will have to find me something..
The kids had hot dogs tonight. We had church so I had to feed them something really fast. Audrey, what did you end up having? Nancy, what about you?

Last night I ened up having some ramen noodles, and a handfull of grapes.. Not anything good for sure.
tonight, Angela and I went to country buffet. We had a coupon buy one get one free. so that was great..
I bought 2 Little Caesar's pizzas for dinner. One was pepperoni and the other was pineapple.
I guess that was a REAL American dinner for the 4th of July, huh? Been real busy lately, spent yesterday culling my email inbox (from close to 1500 down to under 50 now).
Obviously I have ditched the diet again. Too much going on, and groceries are getting too expensive. I am walking about a mile+ every day now, so while the scale has me gaining weight, I am supposedly getting healthier. At least I am burning calories in the evening now instead of either being a couch potato or sitting at the computer the whole evening.
Well good for you Lady. Getting some . That is good.. I know what you mean about diet food being so expensive.. Hard to diet..
The pizza sounds good.
Yesterday we had a bbq. hamburgers and corn on the cob..
For supper Angela and rob took me to Long John Silvers . It was real good. We had the super platter.
Then we went and look at the fireworks.. It was fun.
We are having a good old fashioned dinner tonight. I am making shredded BBQ pork, collard greens, home made mac & cheese and corn. It will be yummy. Should be ready in about 30 minutes!
Hope everyone had a happy 4th!

Lulu, it sounds wonderful, sure wish I lived closer to you - I might invite myself to dinner.
DD is at a late 4th of July party this evening, so DH picked up Taco Bell for us for dinner. They messed up the order, but hey, I didn't have to cook, so I'm okay with it.
Lady the tacos sound good.
Lulu.. your supper sounds good too.
I am going to warm up a burger and have some corn on the cob from yesterday. maybe a handful of chips..
Hope everyone had a great 4th of July...
It's casserole night! I am making two at the same time, actually! For the kids and I, we are having a noodle/chic ken, cheese casserole with noodles. The second casserole is for a church family member who passed (their family)..it is a chic ken stuffing casserole. Yummy comfort food.
I am thinking I will open up some vegies too, not sure which ones, maybe some lima beans? Who knows what lurks unopened in my cupboard!
