Hi Nancy, it was pretty good...it was called desperation as I could not go grocery and had to get creative with what I had....hence the desperation I fried up some hamburger and onions and mixed a can of cream of mushroom, cream of cheddar and some milk, threw it in a casserole and topped with bisquick biscuits. It was actually yummy.
Tonight was pigs in a blanket, saurkraut and corn.
I have some pork chops thawing for tomorrow's dinner.

Well the deperation casserolle does sound delicious..
Pigs in a blanket and saurkraut is good too.
tonight we had pork chops, corn on the cob and some fried potatoes..
I am thinking about making pepperoni pizza for the family tonight. That way there won't be that many extra for the DD to do after we eat AND I won't have to take anything out of the freezer to thaw.
Not sure what lunch will be..
We are having some New York strip steaks for supper. I won a grill about a year ago. We never took it out of the box. Our other grill was still working ok. Well now it is not too good. Rob , my son in law is coming over to hook it together tonight.
He said well what we gonna BBQ. I said I do not know. He said Ang and I have some steaks, we will bring, So I am making some scalloped potatoes, and we are having broccoli and cheese and maybe some corn.
so that will be yummy.
Last night we had en with rice Puerto Rican style, and of course beans the same style. My husband is not here he went with my son to Mexico for his moms birthday. She will be 80 and he wants to be there. Tiffany and I are alone here having fun. Tomorrow is Sloppy Joes and salad. Bythe way the en came out delicious and we are having the leftovers for luch. She has a week off and that forces me to cook lunch.

Well you got lost.. Instead had the peanut butter and Jelly. Well our dinner was really good. Missed you...
tonight I had some pizza from Ceasars.. Amys boss bought it for the people at work, they let them bring it home.. she brought about 7 pieces , so We all had that tonight..
Well, the of my cooking for the family just doesn't seem to actually happen. I guess my life is getting in the way of my life.
Anyway, last night I did buy Subway subs for my family. We were out all day doing a medieval demo about 2 hours from home. The subs were pretty good after an entire day outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine - except for the rain/hail/thunder/storm that occured near the end of the day.
Tonight, we have all fended for ourselves. I ate hot dogs, as did my DH. I am not sure what my DD will end up having for dinner.
DH will be gone from Tues to Fri, so maybe I'll make the pizza this week for the DD and myself - if my schedule will allow it.
We RACED over to my parents house as tornodos were ing around our town. I figured if we were gonna croak, we were all gonna go together!!!!
So, anyway, I threw together mac and cheese and beans and hot dogs for the kids at my mom's house. It worked.
