Last night my DH taught my DD how to make a Hamburger Helper entree and still have everything ready at the same time. She also made me a package of Brats, since HH is definitely not Atkins friendly.
The scale is back to moving down again, but I miss my Cof-fee Oh Well, I am not giving it up forever, just for now.
I am not sure what I am having tonight for dinner, probably some roast beef wrapped around some provolone cheese and warmed in the microwave to melt the cheese.

Since I had to take the afternoon off to spend on the phone dealing with my DD's computer and health (hemipalegic migraines) problems, I decided to make dinner tonight. DD an DH had rotini, sauce, meatballs, and rolls, I had an 1+ pound london broil marinateed in italian dressing. I was amazed that it was all ready at the same time, it has been so long since I actually cooked for the family due to our conflicting evening schedules.

]We had some soft tacos and burritos from Taco Bell last night. We had a burrtio, and 2 tacos left. Amy and I had that for lunch today..
Amy got in a car accident. someone pulled out in front of her. she was going about 40 it totaled out her car, the man was not hurt. Amy had to go in the ambalance.. She had a broken foot, Broke in 3 places.. She has a cast up to the knee. If you saw the car you would wonder how he came out with out anything and she has only a broken foot.. Her front seat is now in the back, the whole front is an accordian. You can see all the motor and stuff.

Nancy, with all of that damage, I am sure that Amy is happy to just have one leg in a cast. I hope that insurance will to cover the cost of a new car for her, as well as the medical bills.
Taco Bell sure sounds good to me right now. But, I am sticking with my Atkins program. Tonight I had fake crab sauteed in margerine with a half of a tomato. It was pretty good.

Amy has fulll coverage, but she only had a 2000 car, but guess they will give her the Kelly Blue Boook price. Which is more than she originally paid for it. So She won't lose out..\Guess they will pay the medicial and maybe some taking care of her for 8 weeks..
Tonight Angela came over and made us some spaghetti for supper, then she made chilli too, so we can have it for the next couple of days. So that was real nice..

Still doing Atkins (lost 16 lbs ) And since this afternoon was super busy, we all fended for ourselves for dinner. I made my concoction of fake crab and tomato sauteed in butter. It is yummy!!! It turns out I need to go for some blood work later this week, so it is good that I have upped my fish and chic-ken and only eat lean beef and pork once a week each for dinner. Unfortunately, I think that all of the eggs will still give me an elevated chloresterol number, but my doctor knows that I am doing Atkins, so she should expect that - right?
Well, I will just have to wait until I can take the tests and then wait and see what the numbers say. All of this is just routine - my GYN is very thorough.

Good luck at the Dr. Lady... The fake crab sounds really good.. Hope your chloresterol turns out ok.. Maybe it will not effect it..
We had some tuna noodle casserole with cheese in it.. It was real good. And I had a banana. So that was good. Then later we had some cheese pop corn..I may have something before bed..
Angela came over and made some Venison with peppers and onions in it. We had it over rice. and she made the tuna casserole.. My daughter that lives with me. Amy got into a car accident. and Broke he foot. She has a cast up to her knee. So She usually does the cooking. Angela was nice and came over to do a lot of cooking so we will have meals for a few days..
