Ended up not getting home in time to have the fake crab (it was still in the freezer), so I made a couple of cheeseburgers with meunster cheese and then had a couple of pieces of roast beef wrapped around some swiss cheese that had been popped in the microwave long enough to melt the cheese, but not cook the roast beef.
As the fake crab is now in the fridge, I will be having that with the butter and tomato tomorrow night.
Fried bologna and cheese with dijon mustard sandwiches.

Lulu I love fried bologna sandwhiches. I have not had one in a long time...
I had some fajitas Angela and I went to Don Pablo's. they had a fijita dinner for 2 for $13.99. So that was good.. We had Salsa, and tortillas, rice, and Pinto beans on the side. We each had enough stuff to make 4 fajita and 1 left. Angela gave me the extra one.. So i ended up bring two home.. Plus a lot of rice.. and some Tortillas. We did not bring an salsa home. I will have to use my own salsa.. tha is what I will have for lunch..
The fake crab sauteed in butter with tomato was delicious.
Tonight I am having Johnsonville Brats. They are yummy, too.
I have now lost 10+ pounds. I probably couldn't have done it without Sugar Free International Foods Coffees and Carnation Sugar Free Hazelnut Non-Dairy Liquid Creamer. I really do wish that IF made all of their s in the sugar free variety.
I wonder if I will need a whole new wardrobe if I get all the way down to my goal weight - probably since I haven't been there in about 14 years now. If I still have anything from those days, it is sure to be completely out of style.
It sure will be nice to not feel like the fat spouse at the annual Christmas Party where my DH works.
Well Lady, sounds like you are doing excellent on shedding the pounds.. good for you... the crab and tomatoes sound good..
If you lose too much you can get a whole new wardrobe.. So that will be .
You go girl..
For supper I think we are having the rest of the stuffed peppers. and some kind of vegetable.. or salad..
Thans for the kudos!
BTW I discovered that Neslte makes the Coffee-Mate product that I use, not Carnation. I tried the International Foods version of the French Vanilla flavor and didn't like it much, but it could have been what it was mixed in that made the drink too sweet. I'll have to try it in something else before I totally give up on it.

Angela and I went to this warehouse store about 30 miles away. We got some good sales. so we ate in a truck stop around there.. Tonys... It was real god. They give really big portions. We each ordered a western omelete. hash brown, with sausage gravy. Well it was 34.00. Well come to find out we each had an omelette that was 8 eggs, filled as full as you could get it with ham, cheese, and some mushroom, and some peppers. Mostly ham and cheese. it was huge.. The hash browns were a dinner plate full Heaped up. and the gravy was a mug full. we had two slices of homemade bread made into toast. with this homemade strawberry jam, which had big berries in it.. We also had Coke to drink. It was like $3.00 a piece for that. So it actually was not bad for all that... We ate about 1/3 or less for lunch.. Brought the rest home.
We had about anothr 1/3 of it for supper tonight.. Still have a lot left..
I had some roast beef slices wrapped around provolone cheese warmed in the microwave just enough to melt the cheese for dinner - and water. (88 oz. of liquid today).
For lunch I prepared 2 cans of tuna with mayo, salt, pepper and 1/2 of a tomato. didn't use enough salt, but it was okay. Very filling.
I am roasting a chic-ken tomorrow night, so we can all eat together. I guess the sides will be a salad, and a belnd of broccoli and cauliflower so that I can eat a bit of everything, but the crescent rolls. I know everyone has started to miss eating together around here, but our schedules have made it all but impossible when coupled with my being on Atkins again.

I did roast that Chic-ken and served it with a mix of broccoli and cauliflour and a salad. I am stuffed after all of that food. The DH and DD split the garlic crescents and everyone said how good it was and how much they missed my cooking for the family. I did point out that it was the combination of our schedules and my diet that had made it so difficult to do this more often.
I have no clue what we're doing tomorrow as my DD has an afternoon art class and that precludes me making another big low carb (?) dinner. Maybe I'll be able to do it again next weekend.
boy all this good food, Makes me hungry..
Last night we had some corn on the cob, a grilled Ham and cheese sandwhich. and some green beans, Later I had a bowl of betterfingers ice cream..
Not sure what the lunch will be .
