I am going next door to my Moms to eat lunch with her and my brother.My brother is making peach waffles. Like bavarian ones.. You put peaches in the dough when you cook them. Then put some sweetened peaches on top of the hot waffle. and add ice cream and then whipped cream.. They will be good. We never had peach before. We have had blue berry and strawberry. So this will be something new.. I think it will be great..
For dinner we had roast beef, mashed potatos, salad, cherry tomatos, sliced cucumbers, and cantaloupe. For the first time in a long time all 4 of us were home for dinner at the same time and my FIL came over and ate with us. We sat out on the deck and ate. Trying to enjoy the nice weather while we still can.

That is the truth!! I don't think she's gonna listen to us though.
I was not feeling well last night and not hungry. We had salad and corn on the cob. Not the biggest meal but that was all anyone wanted. The corn on the cob was okay but not the best. Haven't found any really good corn yet.
