Cereal is good when you can not find anything.. or just don't feel like fixing anything.. I have it for a midnight snack sometimes.. Sounds like everyone got filled up...
I went out to a italian resturant for supper with Angel and Rob.. I had en Parmasean, and a tossed salad, and speghetti noodles with marinara sauce.. We had homemande bread, so that was good. Rob ordered some clam sauce with clams,, It had a lot of them.. I tasted it.. I did not care for it.. Then he had some dish with mushrooms, peas, carrots, not sure what else, and some big noodle.
Angela had Chicken Alfredo with noodles, and broccilli. so it was good.. We had a good time..

I ended up with a bowl of ramen noodles. Amy and Brittany went out to eat with her boy friend.
I am fixing to eat me a bowl of cereal or a bowl of ice cream.. Do not know for sure which.

We had IHOP tonight. We were stuck in another city waiting on our time to go visit my son (he is in the hospital). SO...we pigged out on sausage biscuits, gravy, hashbrowns and eggs. And then we had a funnel cake. And then, I felt five pounds gather on my hips....

Thanks, Nancy. I want him home soon too.

Tonight it will definately be something with eggplant. Why? Someone gave me a ton of it. Now, if I only new an easy way to use it. I wonder if it can be used in bread like zucchini? Somebody holler at me and let me know.

Lulu,
I quick look in my 2 favorite cookbooks found recipes for grilled, fried, scalloped and stuffed eggplant, as well as moussaka, ratitouille, quiche, and something called eggplant cavier. There was also a recipe for eggplant with roast beef sandwiches with tomato and garlic sauce. Then, there is my favorite family recipe for eggplant parmesean - I love it, the rest of my family only eats it grudgingly.
The cook books are The New Settlement Cookbookand Fanny Farmer.
I hope that gives you a couple of s. I envy you your eggplant surplus!
