Hi Nancy....cowboy blankets are similar to pig in blankets, except no pig! I use ground beef and add barbecue sauce and cheese and wrap it in a flaky biscuit. YUMMY.

Tonight we cheated and went to Subway. It was yummy.

My lunch at the seminar was very interesting although I am not 100 percent sure what you would call it. They gave us a salad and some kind of baked en smothered in some kind of ?cheese? sauce with some kind of small pasta (not noodles, kind of like rice) under it, some really, really oversized yellow squash and baby carrots with cheesecake for dessert. It was very interesting.

For dinner I am having a Diet Pepsi Max.

Hey Lulu how is the Max.? I have heard of it, but never tried it yet...the luncheon sounded pretty good actually...
tonight I think I am having left over from last night . Angela and I went out to Don Pablos yesterday and had a appetizer plate, which was Quesss, and these other things rolled up, 2 kinds, and a thing called steak nachos.. Anyway, we did not eat all, plus all the chips. So I brought some home..
So I guess I will have that..
Earlier Angela came over, and me and her went out to Chinese Buffet for lunch, so I am not real hungry yet..

Homemade Chocolate Chip s, Yummy.. I could eat 2 or three right now..
Amy and Brittany were gone to a big mall in Auburn Hills.. They have a place called Jeepers in it.. It is like an indoor amusement park.. So Angela came over, and her and I went to Burger king for a Whooper, and fries and pop. It was good . Have not had one in a while..
I do not know if I will drink much of the Pepsi Max..I don't need all that caffine..

This is a week of oddity for us. My DD has her BFF visiting for the week and with all that we have planned, there will be little time to cook anything. Tonight we had KFC and tomorrow night we will pick up the Party! Party! deal from Little Caesar's on the way home from archery. Tuesday my DH is taking the girls to McDonald's as I have a chiropractor appt followed by a yoga class. One night this week my DD is supposed to cook dinner for us all, too. It will be busy with 2 13yo girls in the house. Last week they were at the BFF's house and we had the peace and quiet.

Amy ended up cooking some pork chops on the grill, and then corn on the cob.. We had a tossed salad.. So that was really good.

Tonight was for us too. My son had an italian sub and some tea, my middle DD had two hotdogs with way too much ketchup, mustard and relish and my oldest DD had nachos loaded with a ton of chili and cheese. ME? I had a bowl of cereal. I was just too tired to do much else.
