Tonight my DD is having a over and the girls are making Pizza Pancakes (an interesting entree using Baking Mix, pepperoni, tomato, and green peppers along with eggs, milk and italian spices. Hey, I'm neither cooking nor cleaning up afterward, so it is okay by me.
I havn't cooked a real meal for my family in a couple of weeks due to my working so much and the family (mostly me) having a lot of early evening commitments. After next week, I hope to start having real meals again instead of continually saying it is a "fend night" to my family. I do enjoy the whole process of cooking when I have the time and the energy, it is just that lately I have had very little of either.
For supper last night.. We ended up having something at the local resturant..
I had en fingers, tossed salad, corn, and french fries. It was very good. Amy had a en cobb salad. tony had a en wet burrito.. He said he did not like it. Brittany was at her Dads.

For lunch my brother went to Chinese buffet and got us some food to take out.. I had crab ragoons, teriaki en, en fingers, egg roll. some teriiki pork, some coconut shriimp. and cheese sticks. Very good.. They have a lot of shrimp on the night menu.
Tonights dinner is en breast with roasted garlic and mushroom sauce (from schwans I wouldnt know how to cook that good ) Brown rice and roasted Fresh asparagus.

Tonights dinner is going to be cheeseburgers w/ onion and tomato, Spaghetti salad and corn on the cob. I am even hoping i get motivated to go clean off the deck so we can eat outside for the first time this year.
