That sounds good for lunch, I really want a salad but dont have any here and since it snowed today and they have refused to plow the roads so far I cant get anywhere to get some. I think I will make a turkey wrap or heat up some soup.

We had quick dinners tonight as we had to be at church at 6:00 pm. I had Chef Boyardee sketti, Paulina had ham and bean soup, Nicole had en noodle, Billieanne had Chef Boyardee Pizzaroni and Nick had a sandwich. We only had 30 minutes from the time I got home to get fed and run out the door. We can't miss church on Wednesdays!

My DH took me out to dinner last night for my birthday. He took me to my favorite restaurant, 456 Fish

http://www.456fish.com/

I just love this restaurant! I had cajun catfish served with an etoufee (sp?) of crayfish and andouiee sausage with collard greens. And then I had the most amazing Creme Brulee for dessert. It was wonderful!

Tonight we are going to have beef roast that I'm putting in the slow cooker all day. The boys will probably make sandwiches with it, as I won't make potatoes since we're suppose to be dieting. Oh, the heck with it.. .. I'll put the potatoes and carrots in with the roast like I used to do years ago.

Sounds real good Becky...
Last night we (Rob, Angela, and I ) went outto a restarant named Blind Fish. On Monday nights they have all you can eat Crab legs. We had that.. It was great. They give you a great big tossed salad, a vegtable or potatoe, and then crab. I must have ate 3 pounds. I only ate a little of my salad,,and None of the poatoes, We brought them home. We also had bread, I ate a little piece . Wanted to save room for the crabs.. They bring you a bucket to put you shells in.

I needed comfort food so I made some homemade tuna macaroni salad. I put extra onions and extra hard boiled egg in it. Yummy.

Nancy, BLT is what I had for lunch yesterday! And yes, Lulu, tuna macaroni salad sounds good. I think next time my DH comes through the house, we'll have to grill out and make some.

We ended up not having the potatoes, but I did make macaroni and cheese so my DD would have something to eat.

Tonight we are having pork chops but don't know what with them. I have some sauerkraut here so will probably put that in with the chops.

Pork chops sound real good too. I have not had them in ages..

I don't know what to have for lunch... Have to think of something. It is suppose to get almost to 60 today. It got up to 70 yesterday. So that was real warm for this time of year..
