We had chi cken again! This time it was boneless chi cken thighs rubbed with some delightful Emeril's seasoning, and Rice-a-Roni. It was yummy. I dipped my en in some of Emeril's BBQ sauce mixed with Ranch dressing.

Hey Nancy, I now have custody of my 12 yr old niece! Scary! I have an 8th grader, a 7th grader, a 6th grader and a 5th grader!! YIKES!!

We had a late dinner of hotdogs, baked beans and mac and cheese. Even Rachel Ray can't make a faster meal than that!

Good Luck Lulu with all those teens. I had two when my kids were young that was enough.
I like Racheal rae, She cooks in less than 30 minutes, Yep guess your meal was quicker than her's . we went to my cousins, we had Hungry Howies Pizza.

Hey everyone!

We had good old fishsticks for supper. That's what Spencer wanted. Gosh, I haven't bought those in years.

Had to have ratrat(tartar backwards) sauce, so we decided to go with the known brand, Skippers.

We also had cottage cheese, olives, and carrot sticks. A variety for the various tastebuds.

Dessert was later and consisted of leftover DQ ice cream cake from Spencers bday on the 20th.

I have not had fish sticks in ages, I think i got burned out on them when Angela was a baby. We only had $5.00 left for groceries after we got the bills paid, and angies formula and baby food.so me and my husband ate a lot of pot pies and fish sticks. I have had the Mrs. Pauls and and they are actually pretty good. But I just don't buy them much any more.I get all the fish I want from my brother , who goes to Lake Erie in Ohio . He comes back with his limit. He fishes the whole summer. He gets Walleyed Pike. Nothing like it. Of Course he dresses them all and packages them so that is especially nice for me. I am Lucky!!!!
