today I had a homemade egg McMuffin for breakfast. I am not sure what lunch will be. I may have a grilled ham and cheese sandwhich. and some watermellon. that soulnds pretty good.
had some left over steaks from the other night so i made up a steak salad with some chesse, green pepper and blue cheese dressing.
and some cottage cheese.
I had some field greens with carrots and a little thousand island salad dressing. Nothing fancy! I would have rather had what Nancy or Tracee was having!

Tonight, my DH is cooking! YEAH!! He is doing his awesome grilled bacon wrapped shrimp plus he is cooking some fresh flounder. Total yum. I can't wait. He is grilling hot dogs for the girls as they don't eat seafood. Which is good so it means I can eat more!!!

Lulu sounds like a great dinner. I don't blame you for being glad the girls don't like sea food. More for you and hubby. One of these days they will say Oh we want the shrimp. LOL.

I am not sure what dinner is going to be I am trying to get my brother to go out for some smother hambeurger steak, and hashbrowns, with some steak soup. It is a vegtable with steak in it. very good. Tme will tell if he is going.
Thanks Nancy, it WAS good. He also threw on some andouie sausage...total heaven. Boy did I ever pig out!! I am STUFFED. I am sure the day is coming the girls will get into seafood, but until then, I will continue being a little piggie over my DH's shrimp!

I did end up going to the resturant We did the have the smothered hamburger steak. It was about 12 ounces. it had fried onions on it and some motzerella cheese melted on top. That steak and potato soup was great. They had the smother steak for a special today, so we saved a buck.
The hot dogs sound good, and suddenly sald is good. I like the bacon ranch. it is delicious
I am getting ready to make some lunch. I am having a beer brat with suarkraut and mustard and ketchup and onion, some black cherries, and a salad.
last night . Amy made us homemade tacos. We had everything on them.
Tonight, I think Amy and Brittany are going to be gone Putt Putt golfing so I will probably go with Angie for a whooper. Her husband has to work today. so he won't be home until abot 7 or 7:30.
We had the favorite standby of sketti! It was good.
