Have you tried cooking en in those oven bags with the veggies and gravy? It turns out good. I bought some of the Reynolds large bags and the recipe I use was included...called everyday en. I tried it with and without potatoes. You have to bake it longer if you add potatoes and you have slice them thin. Anyway...I'm babbling

Oh my gosh! You all can come to my house for Chinese food! LOL! My dh bought a TON of food! He said it was the family of four special dinner but we only put a wee dent in it! LOL! We have sweet and sour, egg drop soup, General Tso Chicken, Schechwan (sp?) shrimp, pork fried rice and beef and brocolli. He didn't buy me my favorite Mu Shu pork though:( I guess I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow!

Thanks for the recipe site.

I get to cook a turkey for dinner tonight
Luck me. I didn't have to cook for Thanksgiving since we went to a house and then Sunday we did it again at my Mom's house.
Someone knew that I didn't buy enough food to get a turkey so they dropped one on my front porch. Have no real freezer space to store one so I get to cook it
