We ended up having tacos tonight. We put meat sour cream, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, and salsa on them. I had hard shells.

I had some eggs for breakfast. Not sure about lunch yet. But it is after noon already.

Last night since meat is not eaten for lent on Fridays. I decided to invent a salad.
I invented a Tex-Mex shrimp salad. Everyone loved it. and today at noon we had the left over for lunch. Here is the recepie is very simple. the only thing to cook is the shrimp.
2lbs of Shrimp cooked and peeled.
I can of refriend beans
1 tub of salsa
half a head of lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 tub of sour cream
1 bad of Tostitos Corn Chips with a touch of lemon
I bad of shredded cheddar cheese

In a large container start layering:
Put in Crushed corn chips
(heat the refried beans so they become easy to spread on corn chips)
spread the beans
spread some sour cream
Put the shrimp on top of the sour cream
spread salsa on top of shrimp
spread cheese on top or salsa
spread lettuce on top
slice tomatoes in wedges put them on top of lettuce
refrigerate for about 30 minutes and serve on small bowls.
Enjoy!!

well, last night i went to my cuzons wedding and let me tell you they went all out fot this one. you had a choice between steak and

en. i of course had steak. they had twicebaked potatos and glazed carets.

. they had a chef in the kictchen cooking all this. a full liqer bar and all the champain you could drink!! lulu you would of loved comming to this one. hee,,
