I had a Gyro and some lettuce with dressing. it was reall good and filling.
I tried one of those south beach meals for lunch it was really good going to try a different one when I go to store again.

Amy, Brittany and I , and Tony ( Amy's boyfriend) and Angela all ordered Pizza from Dinomos Pizza. We had everything on it but Anchovies.

Well what Brittany and I had for supper was not that great. Amy and tony went to the casino. So Brittany and I had some ramon noodles. and some chesse cracks, and an orange. Not too great.
May have a bowl of ice cream sugar free. later.

I had my cheesy noodle casserole with some leftover ham thrown in. Plus carrotts. It was yummy.

Tonight I am trying a new thing called hamberger dip. we will see how it goes. we are also having corn on the cob and salads.

We had taco's for supper tonight. We had refreid beans, taco meat.
, tomoatoes, lettuce, cheese, and salsa. I had hard shells.
